Old concepts of tech budgets — like Forrester’s tech MOOSE versus new project spending, or the triad of “run the business, grow the business, transform the business” — are becoming obsolete. Agile project development models aimed at achieving business outcomes and the continuing need to update and revise existing applications to support new business requirements have created the need for a new tech budget category.
This webinar describes Forrester’s new tech budget categories, how to calculate them, and how to use them to improve tech budget governance and management.
