The 2026 B2B Return On Integration Honors & B2B Programs Of The Year Awards

The 2026 B2B Return On Integration Honors showcase organizations that have achieved strong marketing, sales, customer, and product alignment and, as a result, have improved company performance.

Specific criteria include:

  • A focus on aligned marketing, sales, customer, and product goals.
  • Demonstrated integrated marketing, sales, customer, and product functions across the organization (must include two or more functions).
  • Measured metrics to tell the story of the organization’s success.

A C-level representative (or direct report to the CEO) for each Return On Integration Honoree company will discuss their organization’s alignment efforts and results in a keynote panel during B2B Summit (there may also be the potential for a “deeper dive” presentation session led by team members involved with executing the program). A complimentary ticket to the event will be provided for the C-level representative.

The 2026 B2B Programs Of The Year Awards recognize outstanding achievements in a particular area of marketing, sales, customer engagement, and product functions based on use of innovative frameworks and best practices to improve functional performance.

One representative for each B2B Program Of The Year Awards winning company will be asked to join an interview-style breakout session during B2B Summit. A complimentary ticket to the event will be provided for this individual.

Amazon Ads, a leading provider of advertising solutions, identified a growth opportunity among service-based small and midsize businesses (SMB) who felt marketing initiatives were inaccessible and too time-consuming for their team. In response, the company repositioned its value proposition around customer connection and outcomes. The “Matches Are Made” campaign brought this shift to market. As a result, Amazon Ads increased unaided awareness, improved opportunity conversion, and drove significant growth in Sponsored TV revenue among service-based advertisers.

This has led to significantly improved match rates for account targeting, accelerated sales opportunity progression, and reduced cycle times while also growing average deal size.

ServiceNow, a leading provider of solutions that orchestrate how work flows across enterprises, transformed partner-led growth through a strategic initiative focused on partner marketing experience. By launching a unified, AI-enabled platform as a single “front door” for marketing enablement, campaign execution, and performance visibility, the company eliminated fragmented tools and manual processes. As a result, partner self-service adoption increased, partner campaigns accelerated, and partner-generated demand scaled while strengthening cross-functional alignment, reducing operational costs, and enabling consistent, measurable global partner engagement.

Shortlisted nominees are selected on the qualitative and quantitative depth of their nominations. 

A judging panel of Forrester experts will shortlist organizations and then interview them, if necessary, to carefully select award recipients. 

A proprietary, quantitative, and qualitative scoring methodology will be applied to all applications.

Winners will be notified in February 2026.

The winning organization will be interviewed on stage during a keynote for B2B Return On Integration Honors and/or breakout session for B2B Program Of The Year at this year’s event. 

Yes, the keynote session B2B Return On Integration Honors with the winning organization will be recorded and accessible via the digital platform. The breakout session B2B Programs Of The Year will not be recorded.

Award winners and their speakers will receive three complimentary passes to use for their speakers and any additional team members. B2B Return On Integration Honors and Programs Of The Year Award winners will receive one night’s hotel stay per participating speaker. All winners are responsible for their travel expenses.

Organizations that apply for the B2B Return On Integration Honors must be willing to have a senior executive discuss their companys alignment efforts and results in a keynote panel on stage at Forresters B2B Summit North America 2026 event, while those selected for the B2B Programs Of The Year Awards must be willing to have a representative participate in an interview-style breakout session. 

These awards are open to B2B organizations across industries that have a strong presence in North America. The winning team must be willing to travel to the Summit in Phoenix, Arizona.
