Jennifer Davidson

A respected leader with a proven track record of inspiring teams to unlock growth and deliver sustained results for some of North America’s most iconic branded businesses. Jennifer has a legacy of approachable leadership with a focus on creating cultures of diversity and trust to generate a wide range of thinking. Her experience highlights a unique blend of strategy, leadership, frontline operations and consumer experience and marketing.
Jennifer is currently Vice President, Client Experience at CIBC and has been at the bank for 10 years. She leads a 50 person team responsible for CX strategy, measurement and data analytics with a vision to elevate the client experience across the bank. She joined CIBC as VP, Marketing with responsibility for all marketing communication and integrated media across digital, social, print and broadcast channels. Jennifer is a past leader of the CIBC Women’s network Steerco, co-leads the Accessibility Action Committee removing barriers for persons with disabilities, and is a member of CIBC’s Pride network.
Prior to this, Jennifer was an executive at Molson Coors, the world’s 7th largest brewer. Jennifer spent the majority of her career at Molson as a marketing leader honing her skills in brand strategy, innovation and P&L management. She gained global experience at Molson Coors International based in Denver Colorado, where she led the expansion of leading brands into Asia and Europe. Her success in building brands was recognized as a top 10 global marketer profiled in the book, The Global Brand CEO.
Jennifer is an active mentor with Scala women’s network, is a Board Director at Up With Women, a Canadian not for profit focused on helping underserved women achieve their potential, is a past Director of the Association of Canadian Advertisers and the Museum of Contemporary Art. Jennifer lives in Toronto, Canada
