As the Vice President of Digital Banking at CIBC, Melanie spearheads Digital Product Delivery and Experience Design. Her strategic vision and leadership ensure that both CIBC clients and frontline colleagues receive exceptional experiences, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Melanie is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at The Scott Mission, an organization dedicated to poverty alleviation and support for vulnerable populations.

Melanie lives in Toronto with her family and enjoys traveling and staying active with her two young
children.
