Richard Kasper, a Digital Transformational Leader and the current Vice President of Automated Communications initiatives at Modivcare. Richard’s exceptional 37-year career encompasses roles at industry giants such as AIG, JPMorgan Chase, and MetLife. His current role equips him with firsthand insights into the latest advancements in voice technology and customer interfaces, making him an ideal source for invaluable and pertinent perspectives. Throughout a thirty-seven-year career in the technology industry, Richard has helped many organizations uncover the appropriate technology to assist their business. Richard has lead teams with all facets of planning, solution creation and deployment of countless solutions involving voice, data, and software applications and computing systems. Through a balanced approach to people, process and technology which creates highly motivated, engaged teams; strong companywide collaboration and a committed focus on delivering business outcomes. He has championed the adoption of emerging technologies globally to ensure companies remain at the forefront of their industries. These have taken the form of Cloud and DevOps, to Generative AI, Robotic Process Intelligence, whereby the teams I managed, learned quickly by adopting Lean Startup and other innovative principles to achieve value in months, not years. Having traveled internationally both personally and within my career having learned that every city is special and has something to offer in its own unique style. Richard holds an MBA from Rider University and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Glassboro State College.
