AVP Experience Design Strategy, MetLife

Roxanne is a design strategist with a passion for organizational design and tackling complex challenges. She currently leads MetLife’s Experience Research and Strategy team, which focuses on journey management and driving experience-led transformation throughout the company. Roxanne holds a Master of Design degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Institute of Design, where she specialized in design strategy, open innovation, and designing for complex systems. With over 10 years of experience, Roxanne has managed experience design and product management projects both in-house and for clients across sectors including financial services, infrastructure, healthcare, consumer products, and social services. Roxanne also possesses a BA in International Relations from Brown University and worked in international peacebuilding before transitioning into design strategy.
