Description
There's widespread agreement that passwords are dead as a secure means of strongly authenticating a person's eletronic identity. But there's little consensus about which technologies we should implement in their place. Hardware tokens? Smart cards? Fingerprint scanners? Something else? No single form factor is likely to emerge as "the" choice in the foreseeable future. The task at hand is to select a strong authentication method that is best suited to a particular purpose and user base, balancing security with usability to arrive at a solution people will actually use.
Agenda:
- Passwords are no longer secure enough.
- Strong authentication comes in a bewildering array of flavors.
- How to choose the solution that's right for you
- Reap the benefits of agile, adaptive authentication management software.
