The 2026 B2B Return On Integration Honours showcase C-Level experts in organisations that have achieved strong marketing, sales, customer, and product alignment and, as a result, have improved company performance.
Specific criteria include:
- A focus on aligning product, marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals.
- Demonstrated integration of product, marketing, sales, and customer engagement functions across the organisation (must include two or more functions).
- Quantified outcome-based metrics to tell the story of success.
A C-level representative for each B2B Return On Integration Honouree will be asked to join a keynote panel during B2B Forum. A complimentary ticket to the event will be provided for this individual.
The 2026 B2B Programmes Of The Year Awards recognise outstanding achievements in a particular area of marketing, sales, customer engagement, and product functions based on use of innovative frameworks and best practices to improve functional performance.
One representative for each B2B Programmes Of The Year Awards winning company will be asked to join an interview-style breakout session during B2B Forum. A complimentary ticket to the event will be provided for this individual.

Organisations that apply for the B2B Return On Integration Honours must be willing to have a senior executive discuss their company’s alignment efforts and results in a keynote panel on stage at Forrester’s B2B Forum EMEA 2026, while those selected for the B2B Programmes Of The Year Awards must be willing to have a representative participate in an interview-style session.
To be eligible for either award, programmes need to be developed by leaders and teams based in EMEA.
