Each year, Forrester recognizes organizations who have made outstanding achievements in our B2B Summit EMEA Awards. Our Return on Integration (ROI) Award showcases an organization who has achieved strong cross-functional alignment that has positively impacted company performance and
growth. Our Programs Of The Year (POY) Awards recognize exceptional accomplishments within a single function of marketing, sales or product.

  • The Return On Integration (ROI) Award Winner will present their success story in a main stage keynote during the event. Two senior executives from the winning enterprise will receive a complimentary ticket to B2B Summit EMEA.
  • B2B Program Of The Year (POY) Award Winners will present their success story in a dedicated session during the event. The presenter will receive a complimentary ticket to B2B Summit EMEA.

You should participate if you are proud of what you have achieved with a modern, revenue-focused strategy, process or initiative, if you support your company’s strategy for customer obsession, and if you have helped your company grow with practices, technology platforms, or partnerships that focus on customer and employee success. To be eligible, programs need to be developed in and by leaders and teams based in EMEA.

The awards winners will be announced prior to the Forrester B2B Summit EMEA, held on October 7-9 in London, and you will need to be in attendance to present your success story in a dedicated mainstage session during the event. Both the winners and finalists may also be featured in Forrester reports, videos, social media posts, and other channels.

B2B Return on Integration Honors

The Forrester B2B Return On Integration Honors 2024 showcases organizations that have achieved outstanding sales, marketing and/or product alignment, and as a result have improved company performance and driven growth. Specific criteria include:

  • Your organization must demonstrate it has integrated sales, marketing and/or product in a unique fashion.
  • Your organization must have tightly aligned sales, marketing, product and/or customer experience goals.
  • Your organization may have demonstrated the advanced use of technology to support shared/interlocked processes.
  • Your organization has measured the results of alignment.

B2B Programs of the Year

The Forrester B2B Programs Of The Year 2024 awards recognize exceptional achievements in a particular area in a sales, marketing or product function based on top-tier frameworks and best practices to improve functional performance.

The two best initiatives from any of the following categories will be awarded a Forrester B2B Program Of The Year (POY) designation:
