Dean measures the impact (value engineering) of technology solutions on solution buyers and company operations. In his work with Forrester’s Total Economic impact methodology, he conducted over 400 discovery interviews, modeled the financial impact of over 100 emerging and maturing technologies, and authored dozens of financial case studies that voiced the customer experience, backed with financial data. He subsequently helped clients realize the value of their custom TEI analysis by providing sessions about marketing activation, sales training, and public-facing webinars.
Dean is currently a team director with experience hiring, onboarding, and training dozens of consultants along with tackling quality initiatives that impacted the global consulting team. Previously at Forrester, Dean was a research analyst covering sales enablement and helping clients streamline the relationship between marketing and sales.
