Align. Re-invent. Win: Leading Through Change
Winning with AI: C-level leaders in many B2B organizations are trying to understand what AI, particularly generative AI will mean for their business, and how they can turn this disruptive force into a competitive advantage.
Operating model transformation: In the face of ongoing economic uncertainty, senior B2B leaders want to optimize their teams and align their operating models to drive growth, while dealing with budget and resource constraints.
Communicating marketing’s business value: Senior B2B leaders are taking a renewed focus on capturing and communicating marketing’s value across the customer lifecycle, the impact of brand building combined with demand generation efforts, and marketing’s value contribution to partners, investors, and other stakeholders.

This session is a sample of content from Forrester’s Accelerating B2B Marketing Certification course.
