The future of experiences is more than just the metaverse — and much more nuanced. There are two parts to this evolution: on-the-glass and below-the-glass. “On-the-glass” describes the places where humans interact with digital or internet experiences. In the future, these experiences will be more humanlike and immersive. “Below-the-glass” describes the intelligent engine that combines technologies such as data, AI, analytics, and more to power increasingly invisible experiences.
