Senem Guler Biyikli

UX Researcher, Forrester

Senem Guler-Biyikli is a user experience (UX) researcher on Forrester’s customer experience team. In this role, she works closely with Forrester analysts and research directors to oversee and refine the evaluation methodology for B2C digital experience evaluative research projects. Following the UX evaluation methodology, she assesses the digital experiences that companies provide to their consumers. She’s based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Prior to her role as UX researcher, Senem conducted a variety of qualitative research projects and ethnographic studies in the US and Turkey, focusing on areas such as consumer behavior and cultural anthropology.

Senem holds a doctorate degree in anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in business administration from Koc University (Istanbul, Turkey).
