Our clients face progressively complex business and technology decisions every day. To help them understand, strategize, and act upon opportunities brought by change, Forrester provides proprietary research, consumer and business data, custom consulting, events and online communities, and peer-to-peer executive programs. We guide leaders in technology management, marketing and strategy, and the technology industry through independent fact-based insight, ensuring their business success today and tomorrow.

Forrester encourages companies to brief us when they introduce a new product, change a business model, or form a new partnership. The Forrester briefing process is designed to provide a central coordination point for vendor briefing requests. Your request will be routed to the relevant analysts within 24 hours, and we will let you know whether your request has been accepted and which analysts have accepted within five business days. To ensure that your briefing request is routed to the appropriate analyst within 24 hours and responded to within five business days, please complete the Request A Briefing form. Be sure to indicate where the company that would like to brief Forrester is headquartered in "The Company" section of the form.

Please work with the identified point of contact to schedule the meeting as soon as you are notified that it has been accepted. Please note that when a briefing is accepted, only one analyst is guaranteed to attend the briefing.

The Request A Briefing form is often the only information that analysts have to make a decision about a briefing request. To ensure that analysts are provided with the best possible information, we suggest the following:

  • Give at least two weeks' notice. Whenever possible, please submit your request at least two weeks before the requested briefing date(s).
  • Be clear. The more straightforward the request, the more likely it is that the analyst will understand what you do and what you want to accomplish with the briefing.
  • Complete the form thoroughly. This greatly increases the likelihood that you will brief the most appropriate analysts. View a list of all Forrester analysts and their coverage areas.
  • Be flexible. Requests for specific dates and/or locations will make it very difficult to meet your expectations, especially on short notice.

Forrester hosts in-person Analyst Days at its research offices around the world.
