Sukriti Dangi

Senior Research Associate, Forrester

Sukriti is a senior research associate for Forrester’s India research team serving B2C marketers, CX, digital business and strategy leaders and professionals. She supports the development and delivery of an Asia Pacific-wide research agenda focused on solving real-world business problems that deter enterprises in their pursuit of customer obsession, and the understanding the impact of changing consumer behaviour in the B2C space and its consequential impact on different industries.

Prior to joining Forrester, Sukriti worked in management consulting firms, NGO’s with a focus on marketing. She holds a postgraduate diploma in international marketing from the Delhi School of Economics. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Delhi.
