Allison (Polly) Hom is Chevron’s Enterprise Data Performance Manager, with 18 years of experience spanning data governance, people analytics, and IT portfolio strategy. She’s led enterprise-wide initiatives in data quality, workforce planning, and data & analytics. Allison holds an M.S. in Engineering Management from MIT and a B.S. in Engineering Mathematics and Statistics from UC Berkeley.

- Enterprise Data Performance Manager (current) – driving data governance maturity across functions and business units, including adoption of our enterprise data quality program.
- Future of Work Lead, People Analytics (2021-2024) – modernized our strategic workforce planning tools and processes, championed a skills-based talent intelligence ecosystem.
- San Joaquin Valley Business Unit (2014-2020) – led the BU data & analytics team and held multiple positions in business intelligence, information management, decision analysis, and production operations project delivery.
- Upstream IT Portfolio Analyst & IT Service Management (2009-2012) – held central enterprise IT roles focused on portfolio governance, maturing decision analysis skills, and global adoption of IT service management.
