Dave Tortorelli is a senior leader in Deloitte’s Low-code and No-code software development practice where he focuses on sales management, go-to-market, and messaging strategy. Dave aims to continuously enhance Deloitte’s capabilities advising and delivering on low-code and no-code strategy and governance, implementation, and operate services for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Deloitte, he founded and served 14 years as CEO of Tellenger, an IT consulting & services firm primarily serving the U.S. federal government, which was on Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing companies list in 2019; he sold Tellenger to a publicly traded firm in 2021. Dave has vast experience with start-ups, organizational development, planning, staffing, resource allocation, and operations. He lives in Potomac, Maryland with his wife and four children.
