But as competition continues to increase, and the lines that separate markets and verticals continue to blur, it’s clear that the traditional way of doing things no longer delivers the required results. So Greg shifted his focus from traditional marketing to brand experience. As the Chief Experience Officer at Intellum, Greg’s goal is to identify, map, reimagine and help manage the entire customer experience in order to deliver on the brand promise – to help clients turn acceptable customer and employee learning initiatives into exceptional learning experiences.
