Jeff Youngs joined First Command Financial Services in 2012, and he became the company’s first vice president of client experience in 2017. In this role, he is spearheading the efforts to understand, from the clients’ perspective, the type of experience First Command is delivering today and to ultimately identify ways that the company can create a better experience for clients. Before accepting his current position, Jeff served as the director of two company departments: Customer Service and the Transfer Agency. In both roles, Jeff helped these departments transform daily operations to become more strategic and client-focused.
