Rachel Noonan has 15 years of experience in consumer brand marketing, strategy, and innovation in the fashion, entertainment, and non-profit arts industries. She has led product innovation, marketing and audience development for The Toronto International Film Festival, Rdio, Meta, Samsung and Microsoft.
She is a published writer; sharing her perspectives on communication design, virtual reality, designing the future through play, and the world of film and music. She has sat on numerous juries, and has been a member of the Canada Media Fund Innovation jury that provides $30M+ in funding to leading-edge interactive digital media content and software applications.
Rachel holds a Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from Ontario College of Art and Design and has consulted for the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission, providing intelligence about the future of digital media. Rachel is a Director of Strategy at Jam3 where she is one of the leads of their futures practice. In her personal time, she supports Extraordinary Families, a Los Angeles non-profit who help people from foster care flourish.
