Currently the Chief Experience Officer at Beyond Blue, Susan leads IT, Digital, Data & Insights, Human Centred Design and Brand & Marketing. In delivering a significant Digital Evolution Program, Susan’s team are harnessing the safe and ethical use of AI/GenAI, to deepen their understanding of community needs and deliver more impactful Mental Health outcomes.
