The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the digital customer experience, and businesses across the globe are looking to incorporate it into their overall strategies to win, serve, and retain customers.

While North America and Europe show modest interest with 37% and 42%, respectively, reporting use of or plans for IoT, Latin America and Asia lead the pack with 52% and 72%, respectively. So where do the ripest opportunities for IoT lie?
