Gregoire’s career has allowed him to explore a tremendous variety of industries, from government to luxury retail, properties, entertainment, energy, mobility and more. He’s worked for some of the biggest groups in the world and in the Middle East, leading key functions: Marketing, Digital, Innovation, CX, Transformation. He also participated in the creation and early years of a successful startup and is the founder of WOA, a concept studio and research venture. Gregoire currently serves as the Group Director of Customer Experience & Innovation at Majid Al Futtaim.

He holds a Master’s degree from La Sorbonne University in Communications & Marketing (CELSA) and a Bachelor Degree of Private Law (La Sorbonne). He’s also got multiple certifications from Oxford, Berkeley, the University of Helsinki and the MIT in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Leadership.

A creative at heart, Gregoire brings his artistic side to the corporate world, leveraging a past career as an international music artist. Keen on sharing with younger talents, he teaches Design and Marketing in various MBAs and Universities in the region and Europe. A true believer in multi-disciplinarity and versatility, Gregoire is also a licensed plane pilot, skydiver and scuba diver.
