Katie is a strategic business leader with more than 20 years of experience working in sales and marketing to create and align go-to-market strategies for B2B organizations. Her key areas of expertise include strategy and planning, messaging and positioning, content creation, and product marketing. As a member of the SiriusDecisions portfolio marketing research service, Katie delivers research and advice to help portfolio marketers and managers succeed.
Katie joined Forrester through the acquisition of SiriusDecisions. Prior to SiriusDecisions, she held leadership roles at technology companies of all sizes. She ran global marketing for startup and emerging companies, managing all aspects of corporate and field marketing as well as product marketing. Most recently, Katie was global VP of marketing at Riversand Technologies. Before that, she held marketing leadership roles at Informatica, StrikeIron (acquired by Informatica), and DataFlux (acquired by SAS). While at Informatica, Katie spearheaded an enterprise content management initiative to develop a cross-functional strategy for content creation, management, and governance.
Katie earned a BS in marketing with a minor in technical communications from Clarkson University.
