Head of Group Enterprise Architecture and Governance, AIA Group

MInwoo Lee defines and owns the enterprise architecture of AIA across the Group, he is responsible for defining and maintaining the target architecture and roadmap, and defining and governing technology & product standards.

 

Minwoo also manages data platform and data governance across AIA Group, defining the data governance standard in Group level and driving the data platform implementation, making data available with right quality. Minwoo is responsible for making data easier to use, enabling data and analytics power everything at AIA.
