Forrester’s 2016 US online holiday retail sales forecast published today — Forrester data predicts that US online holiday sales will exceed $100 billion in 2016, which represents growth of 13% since last year. The forecast also reveals that online sales are 12% of annual retail sales, but in the months of November and December, online sales jumps to 16%.
