Think.Tank 2001 will be held February 10 and 11 in conjunction with Milia, the world’s premier interactive content marketplace held each year at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
“Milia brings together several thousand of the world’s leading consumer content providers to learn about what’s new in digital video, music, games, and publishing,” said William M. Bluestein, Ph.D., president and COO of Forrester Research. “Forrester is pleased to be working closely with Milia 2001 to help the decision-makers in these industries anticipate and capitalize on new technology developments.”
Laurine Garaude, executive director of Milia, added, “Forrester is one of the world’s leading Internet research companies. Its focus on new technologies and their use by businesses and consumers is a perfect fit for Think.Tank. Our objective is to provide a forward-looking conference that offers a high-level overview of trends in content development and technology. By partnering with Forrester, Milia will build on its renowned conference program to deliver a Summit that is authoritative, insightful, and relevant to all senior executives who have a commercial interest in the future of interactive content and its distribution.”
The Think.Tank Summit provides attendees with two full days of highly focused conference sessions, forums, and keynote presentations, giving an exclusive and invaluable insight into all aspects of the content development and delivery business. It also provides a forum for the different content industries to meet with the world’s new content delivery businesses involved in interactive TV and high-speed networks. Forrester will be responsible for developing the tone and content of Think.Tank 2001, as well as selecting panelists, moderators, and keynote speakers.
Milia, the World’s Interactive Content Marketplace, is both an exhibition and conference. It attracts more than 7,000 decision-makers from Internet, broadband, wireless, telecom, and interactive television businesses. These senior executives converge at Milia to explore key partnerships with consumer content developers, publishers, distributors, retailers, investors, and technology companies.
