In his role as chief research and product officer, Cliff Condon leads a global organization that develops and manages Forrester's product portfolio, including the company's research and data products. Cliff's organization develops ideas and services that challenge our clients thinking so that they can lead change at their companies. The main objective of his team is to help clients win, serve, and retain customers. He is a member of Forrester's executive team.
Cliff joined Forrester in 1997 and has held a variety of leadership positions that have helped shape the depth and breadth of the company’s research coverage and rigorous research methodologies and standards. Cliff has served as an analyst and research director; was the company’s first head of European research; directed Forrester's marketing and strategy research; managed worldwide research operations; and launched a global social media effort to better promote Forrester's thought leadership. Most recently, he ran Forrester's global events business, where his innovative thinking transformed the client experience.
Prior to joining Forrester, Cliff was in the financial services industry, where he was a product manager and vice president at NationsBank (now Bank of America) and BayBank in Massachusetts. He was responsible for the development and distribution of electronic service platforms, including managing the country's largest ATM network, launching some of the first debit cards, and introducing online banking.
Cliff received a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in marketing from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University.
