As Forrester's chief sales officer, Mike leads a global selling organization of more than 400 people. He is responsible for driving Forrester's revenue growth and sales productivity in a way that best serves our clients.
Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the information services industry, earning a reputation for building high-performing sales teams marked by their accountability and operational excellence. Prior to joining Forrester, Mike was the managing director of sales at Gerson Lehrman Group, where he led the successful turnaround of the sales organization. Before that, he spent 14 years at Gartner where he headed the company's Americas field sales organization and worldwide event sales team. Earlier in his career, he was a vice president of sales at Mentis Corporation.
Mike holds a B.S. in business from the University of Rhode Island.
