Forrester’s US benefits team focuses on employee health and well-being, providing best-in-class health coverage and offering deep discounts from companies such as Dell, MetLife, and Audi. Cambridge, Mass., employees can take advantage of a free on-site fitness center offering exercise classes and equipment, personal training, and locker room facilities.

Forrester offers our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) employees a comprehensive benefits portfolio, including medical, vision, and life insurance. To our team in Asia Pacific (APAC), we offer personal accident coverage as well.

Our benefits packages also include financial rewards such as tuition support and referral bonus programs. Our benefits team evaluates the package annually to ensure that it remains competitive and differentiates Forrester from other companies in the market.

Learning And Development

We are highly committed to developing your professional skills. Our workforce learning team creates and delivers relevant, timely, and engaging experiences. We challenge participants in a safe and fun environment, with an emphasis on training that you can apply immediately to your current job and in future positions at Forrester. This commitment is demonstrated through several programs:

  • New-employee onboarding experience. On your first day, you’ll receive an overview of Forrester’s fundamentals plus everything you’ll need to transition into your new role and navigate the organization. Additionally, each new employee participates in a two-day immersion program called Starting Blocks. During the program, you’ll engage with members of the executive team to learn about our business priorities and culture.
  • Research training. New analysts and consultants transition into these dynamic roles through intense online and face-to-face curricula. Ongoing development programs help sharpen critical thinking, focus your writing on our clients’ needs, and hone your presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Sales training. Whether quota-carrying or in a support role, employees in the sales organization participate in a robust six-month training program that includes eLearning, face-to-face classroom training, and on-the-job development. You’ll receive extensive coverage and real-time coaching on product knowledge, the selling process, and how to leverage internal resources.
  • Leadership development. New and existing managers receive training to strengthen all management and leadership competencies. This training curriculum focuses on developing people leaders, thought leaders, and business leaders.
