There’s no doubt about it – London got the call that SiriusDecisions was in town on the 19th and 20th of October for the sixth annual Summit Europe! Building on the best practice, B2B buzz of Summits past, Summit Europe kicked off with major excitement teeming in the halls of the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge as more than 500 Summit attendees were in house and ready to learn more on how to Outperform.  While the great moments in thought leadership are too many to list here, here are just five to give you a glimpse into the forward-thinking, here’s-your-next-step business advice that only SiriusDecisions can deliver.

The first order of business on day one was the state of EMEA sales, product and marketing as presented by Meta Karagianni and Isabel Montesdeoca. A quick survey revealed that B2B leaders are facing many shared challenges:

Following a networking break in the Summit Marketplace, attendees moved on to the Case Study sessions and heard the stories of Oracle Marketing Cloud, CRM Technologies, Ledger Bennett DGA, Lionbridge, Corporate Visions and Marketo.

SiriusDecisions’ co-founder and managing director John Neeson then took to the main stage to present “The Economics of Sales, Marketing and Product Alignment.”

Marisa Kopec followed with her quest to debunk the myths surrounding B2B buying and presented “Demystifying B2B Buying for 2015 and Beyond.”

The first day of Summit Europe then wrapped up with a riveting and well-received guest client keynote courtesy of Cisco’s Jeremy Bevan.

If you weren’t able to make it to Summit Europe this year, we hope these five tweetable takeaways give you plenty of reason to be one of our Early Bird bookers in 2016! Stay tuned to siriusdecisions.com for more details and recaps from Summit 2015!
