After a whirlwind day packed from morning to night with the premier in B2B best practices, there’s nothing like kicking back with a neon green cocktail, excellent live music, a cutthroat game of pool with your colleagues and a sushi-festooned dragon sculpted out of ice. And where else other than the SiriusDecisions Green Tie Gala would you be able to experience all that and so much more in just one evening? After an unforgettable night of relaxing and reconnecting (and partying) with colleagues, Day Two of Summit Europe opened with the attendees refreshed, refocused and ready to Outperform. Here are just some of the great takeaways that this year’s Summit-goers were talking about as yet another information-packed Summit drew to a close:

The day opened with SiriusDecisions’ own Meta Karagianni and Julian Archer presenting the European Programmes of the Year. Siemens, Concur, Alcatel Lucent and Symantec all took home well-deserved wins.

After an excellent keynote from Xerox’s Mark Eldred and Valerie Thomassin about their company’s business transformation for the modern world, attendees moved on to the Syndicate Sessions where they were able to be wowed by SiriusDecisions’ dream team of research directors and analysts. At this point, the revelatory tweets from the crowd were fast and furious – here are just some of the highlights:

As Summit 2015 Europe began to wind down, it was time for Bruno Delahaye and Bertrand Sicot, Sr. of Dassault Systemes to take their place on stage to share their journey to sales and marketing alignment, as well as a heartfelt exchange of appreciation from both sides.

Even as the Summit drew to a close, both the main room and the Marketplace remained packed  –  and one lucky attendee took home an Apple Watch courtesy of Showpad!

It was then time for just one more framework and to talk digital transformation with show closer Gil Canare.

Senior VP and Chief Research Officer Tony Jaros took to the stage one final time for a fond farewell and thanks and with that, yet another transformative Summit Europe was in the books!

If you weren’t able to make it to Summit Europe this year, we hope these tweetable takeaways give you plenty of reason to be one of our Early Bird bookers in 2016. Thank you to all of our sponsors and attendees, and we can’t wait to see you next year!
