I’ve spent my career on the front line, leading marketing service providers and working as a B2B marketing advisor and innovator. Most recently, I’ve been in “startup mode,” getting hands-on with AI and marketing technology and focused on what works in the real and changing world. My approach is simple: Define a clear strategy connected to business outcomes, break down silos, and ensure that customer value anchors every decision.
