This year, Forrester’s B2B Summit EMEA is going to feel different when it takes place on 7–9 October in London. Based on valuable feedback from participants like you, we’re evolving the event to focus more on practical, hands-on learning and increased peer interaction, less so on theoretical models.

As artificial intelligence continues to shape the future of business, the Summit will delve deep into what it means to reinvent in the age of AI, exploring the essence of human ingenuity and creativity in ways machines cannot replicate.

Here are a few of my analyst picks that I think you will enjoy:

  • GenAI hackathon. Yes, it does feel cheeky to have a session I’ll be leading as an analyst pick (!), but having taken part as a delegate previously, I can testify to the energy and creativity that will be in the room. There’s limited space available, so you’ll need to register, but if you miss out, there’s a lighter version taking place on Tuesday, as well.
  • Tracks for strategy, leadership, process, and technology. Picking favourites from the four tracks is a bit like picking a favourite child, but here goes: On Tuesday, why not check out “The Future Of B2B Buyer Interaction” or “Harness Mental Models To Create Strategic Alignment,” followed by “Your MQL Addiction Costs You Millions” before joining a workshop or roundtable. On Wednesday, I would choose from “The Changing Requirements For Frontline Marketing Leaders” or “Align Your Partner Ecosystem Vision To Grow In Today’s Dynamic Market” before catching “Use Generative AI To Enhance Content And The Customer Experience” right before lunch and the closing keynotes.
  • Case studies galore. We know everyone loves to hear case studies, so we have doubled down on them. As well as our usual Return On Integration Honours and Programmes Of The Year Award winners, we’ll also be featuring client spotlights in each of the tracks, and event sponsors will also share case studies. You’ll be able to hear from the likes of Shell, SAS, Experian, Siemens, Palo Alto Networks, Cora Systems, InfoCert, and more.
